What your neighbors are saying
Real feedback from homeowners, property managers, and condo residents across South Florida.
"Fixed a whole list of small projects in one visit. Tidy, on time, and fair pricing. My sliding patio door finally glides with one finger, and they adjusted 4 sticking interior doors. My new go-to!"
"Installed a herringbone subway tile backsplash and trimmed out two rooms with tall baseboards. Clean lines, laser-level alignment, and no mess left behind. Truly exceeded my expectations."
"Same-day response when a pipe under the kitchen sink started leaking right before guests arrived. Replaced the valves, installed our new touchless faucet, and left the cabinet dry as a bone. A lifesaver."
"Mounted an 85-inch television on concrete wall with zero wires visible, patched three old drywall holes and textured them so you can't even tell where they were. Polite, licensed, and highly professional."
"Condo associations can be a nightmare with insurance paperwork, but R & G CANAAN sent their COI in 20 minutes, showed up right on schedule, and replaced 3 ceiling fans and several smart switches cleanly."
"They pressure washed our circular driveway, sealed the front door weatherstripping, and repaired damaged wood trim. Neighbors immediately stopped to ask who did the work. 10/10 recommendation!"
Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers so you can make informed decisions about your home repairs.
Q:Do you charge by the hour or by the project?
We believe in transparency. For defined jobs (like TV mounting, faucet installs, or backsplash tiling), we give flat, upfront project pricing so you know exactly what it costs. For general punch lists with dozens of miscellaneous tasks, we offer straightforward hourly blocks.
Q:Are you licensed and insured in South Florida?
Yes. R & G CANAAN carries comprehensive general liability insurance and meets all county and municipal standards for residential repair work. We can issue Certificates of Insurance (COI) for condos and gated communities within minutes.
Q:How fast can you come out to my home?
We offer same-day and next-day appointment slots across Miami-Dade and Broward counties for urgent home repairs, and typically provide online quote estimates within 30 to 60 minutes.
Q:What if I have materials already purchased?
No problem at all! If you've already bought your ceiling fans, faucets, tiles, or light fixtures, we're happy to install your materials. If you need us to source the right mounting hardware, drywall mud, or wood trim, we handle it seamlessly.
Q:What areas do you serve?
We serve all of South Florida including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Hialeah, Doral, Coral Gables, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Weston, and Davie.
